Defect details: <p>The engine installed in this vehicle is equipped with a system that prevents fuel vapors from being released directly into the atmosphere during the fuel supply process and allows them to be reused in the combustion process. Among the components of this system, if the metal substrate around the sensing element of the pressure sensor in the evaporative emissions canister purge pump is exposed to a halogenated mixture for an extended period, corrosion may occur. In such cases, a recall is being conducted due to the possibility of the engine warning light turning on and exceeding the regulated emission levels.</p>
