Defect details: <p>During the seatbelt assembly process, a rivet that secures the quick connector of the seatbelt pretensioner and the wire plate was omitted during assembly. As a result, when fastening the seatbelt, the seatbelt may not be properly secured to the pretensioner, which could lead to the seatbelt detaching from the pretensioner during a vehicle collision, potentially causing injury to the occupant.
